Vegetarianos - Our rice and all of our beans are vegan! Made with vegetable broth and cooked with corn oil. No lard is ever used in this kitchen! For dairy-free options or vegan alternatives, please talk to your server. Vegan cheese can be substituted for any entree for an additional $2. All entrees come with rice and choice of beans.
