Starters

Smoked and Seared Steaks

All our steaks are 100% Angus and hand cut in-house, slow smoked, and then seared over a live fire for a superior taste. Each option comes with mashed potatoes and bacon green beans. Served over a house-made garlic butter emulsion.

Entrées

Our selection of entrées, made from scratch and coming in big portions. All come with a side of garlic mashed potatoes, except the Grilled Chicken Plate which comes with bacon green beans.

On the Side

Our scratch made sides that pair perfectly with our steaks and entrées. Okra and Brussels sprouts come in a big enough portion to split amongst the table for a great starter option as well.
