Starters and Appetizers

We proudly use Idaho's own Snake River Farms beef tallow in our fryers instead of conventional fryer oil. All of our fried items from appetizers to french fries are fried in beef tallow.

Signature Sandwiches

Included with your sandwich are Hydra Gourmet Signature Fries or Rice Pilaf. Option to add a house-tossed Caesar or garden salad. Burgers are made from ground chuck sirloin and may be ordered from rare to well done. Comes with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and pickled onions. Choice of white American, cheddar, Swiss, or pepper jack cheese. Option to add cheese to the Sandpoint Burger.

Fresh Salads

Seafood and Chicken

Accompaniment included with all entrées (excluding pasta). Steamed green beans or fresh broccoli (option to upgrade). Choice of baked potato, mashed potatoes, rice pilaf, or seasoned fries. Option to add a house-made salad to your entrée.

Pastas

All pasta is served with two pieces of house-made garlic toast. Option to add a house-made salad to your entree.

Hydra's Classic Steaks

We proudly serve all choice Idaho raised and processed beef, fresh and never frozen. All our steaks are specially seasoned with our own house blend spices. Option to add a house-made salad to your entrée.
