Imagine an assortment of handmade, deeply and profusely stuffed parathas packed in your freezer. Walk up to it and grab an aloo one, a carrot one, or find a methi one hidden under the paneer paratha. Start a griddle, add some ghee or butter, and place the frozen paratha on it. Set the timer for 2 minutes while you grab that gripping book or open up Netflix. Find yogurt, pickle, jam, or any spread of your liking and place it on the table. The 2-minute buzzer beeps, and you walk up to the griddle and flip the paratha and reset the timer for another 2 minutes. You see, it's not hard to put amazing food on the table (with a little help). Right off the griddle, steaming, ready to cast just the way it's meant to. Your small engagement during this final act makes a big difference to your meal.
