Sunlight Cafe is a classic Seattle spot. It has an old-school Seattle vibe and showcases local art on the walls. Even though it’s a vegetarian restaurant, they offer a solid selection of vegan options, especially for breakfast. My favorite items are the vegan lemon poppyseed waffles and the tofu scramble. The portion sizes are great and it's nice to be able to order salty and sweet options. Overall, it’s a really enjoyable breakfast spot with a cozy and welcoming feel!
