A tradition from Boston's North Shore, this large thin Sicilian pizza is baked with a slightly sweeter tomato sauce and then topped with some fun topping combinations before heading back in the oven to finish the baking cycle, yielding a flaky and crispy crust that's very digestible and delicious!
