Thin Crust aka Beach Pizza
A tradition from Boston's North Shore, this large thin Sicilian pizza is baked with a slightly sweeter tomato sauce and then topped with some fun topping combinations before heading back in the oven to finish the baking cycle. Yields a flaky and crispy crust that's very digestible and delicious! Create your own by choosing custom and pick your toppings or choose specialty and try one of our combinations. We also named our pizzas after some towns on the North Shore where this style was born!
