Toasted sourdough with a thick smear of whipped burrata and a mixed variety of cherry tomatoes in golden balsamic vinaigrette. Topped with a house-made pesto drizzle, balsamic reduction, and micro-basil. Option to add bacon crumble, fried egg, or substitute avocado mash for burrata.
