Calzones

Football calzones are essentially a pizza with mozzarella cheese folded over and filled with goodies cooked inside. The basic difference is that they are also filled with ricotta cheese. Warning: these are very large and should not be taken lightly.

Choice of meat toppings are pepperoni, ham, Italian sausage, bacon, and anchovies. Choice of veggie toppings are red onions, mushrooms, black olives, green olives, green peppers, green chilies, broccoli, jalapeños, spinach, tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and pepperoncinis. Choice of other toppings are pineapple, garlic, basil, cilantro, mozzarella, feta, and parmesan.
