Oak has so many vegan options that are extremely thoughtful. Our waiter was vegan and was extremely helpful and patient when answering our questions about the menu. I’d highly recommend the Vegan Acorn Benny because it’s so unique!

Eating at Oak was one of the best eating experiences I have had in Seattle. Once we sat down, we were greeted by a vegan waiter who had so many helpful recommendations about the menu. You have to order the vegan benny. Honestly, it was one of the most impressive vegan dishes I’ve ever had. The “egg” had a runny yolk and tasted shockingly close to the real thing. It’s hard to describe how convincing it was unless you try it yourself! The whole dish was so creative, flavorful, and really well executed. I had my eye on the vegan desserts because they looked amazing, and we went with the vegan bourbon apple crumble, which was insanely yummy. Oak is definitely my #1 choice for brunch in Seattle.
