Option to upgrade to soup, organic spring mix side salad, crisscut fries, or garlic gorgonzola cheese fries. Made with fresh USDA Natural Double R Ranch Angus chuck, hand-pressed in-house. All burgers are cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 160°F, as required. Upon request, we can cook to other temperatures. 6oz burgers can be ordered pink, no pink, or well done. 3oz burgers cannot be cooked below medium-well.
