Turkey and Ham

Buffet style—all you can eat. Includes serving tables. Comes with mesquite/oak smoked turkey, mesquite/oak smoked ham, chopped BBQ, BBQ sauce, cornbread stuffing, giblet gravy, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, green beans, tossed salad with ranch and Italian dressing, potato chips, onions, pickles, jalapenos, cranberry sauce, dinner rolls, and buns. Served with iced tea and lemonade. Option to add a dessert package of brownies, cookies, and watermelon (in season) or pumpkin pie.

Chop BBQ

Buffet style—all you can eat. Includes serving tables. The pricing includes chopped BBQ, homemade pinto beans, potato salad, coleslaw, potato chips, onions, jalapenos, pickles, buns, lemonade, iced tea, and peppermint candy. Option to add a dessert package that includes brownies, cookies, and watermelon (in season).

Hamburgers and Hot Dogs

Grilled on location over mesquite and oak wood. Buffet style—all you can eat. Includes serving tables. Option to add a dessert package or brats.

Whole Pigs

Pigs are 100% smoked with mesquite and oak wood. They come whole and will need to be carved. We can give you carving instructions upon pick up or delivery. All pigs come on a sturdy disposable tray with BBQ sauce on the side.

Meat by the Pound

Mesquite and oak smoked. BBQ sauce included. One pound of meat serves 2 to 3 people. Delicious homemade sides.

Luau Menu

Buffet style—all you can eat. Includes serving tables. The pricing includes whole roast pig, beef brisket, chicken, stir fried rice, baked beans, tossed salad with dressing, pineapple slaw, potato chips, relish tray, cheese tray, fruit salad, cookies, hamburger buns, and BBQ sauce. Iced tea and lemonade are also included. Option to add a dessert package with brownies and watermelon (in season).

Turkey Special

A complete smoked turkey dinner. Serves 10-14 people and includes a whole smoked turkey, cornbread stuffing, mashed potatoes, giblet gravy, BBQ sauce, dinner rolls, brownies, and corn cobettes.

Pig Roast

Includes whole pig carved on location, beef brisket, and chicken. Buffet style—all you can eat. Comes with chopped BBQ, homemade pinto beans, potato salad, coleslaw, potato chips, and BBQ sauce. Served with hamburger buns, pickles, onions, and jalapeno peppers. Includes iced tea and lemonade. Option to add a dessert package of brownies, cookies, and watermelon (in season) or fruit salad.
