Option to order Flossie's Snapback Sides with your Playoff plates or by themselves. Buy by the pint. Sides available Tuesday through Friday are BBQ beans and potato salad. Sides available on Saturday are BBQ beans, potato salad, brisket dirty rice, greens, and candied yams.

All our meats are wood-smoked and marinated in secret house spices that you won't taste anywhere else. Each plate comes with two of Flossie's Snapback Sides.

Our Touchdown Tatters are a Flossie’s Fan Favorite and will sure to be a winner for you too! Each big buttery baked potato comes with your choice of three wood-smoked, specially marinated Flossie BBQ meats: savory, tender sausage, fall-off-the-bone ribs, or moist brisket. Each potato is topped with smoky and sweet barbeque sauce, fresh green onions, tangy sour cream, and melty cheese.
