Pizza!

We are a brewery that happens to make 100 amazing pizzas! We pride ourselves on a painstaking attention to detail and a commitment to artisanship. Our pizzas are built from the ground up. Our dough, marinara, and other ingredients are all made from scratch, hand-tossed, lovingly ladled, and carefully baked in our wood-fired oven. It's not fast, but it's worth it. Only the first 100 lucky pizza lovers each night will get a pie to call their own. Our pesto contains walnuts.
