We can make any of our noodle, fried rice, stir-fry, and curry dishes vegetarian or vegan. Ordering a dish with tofu does not mean it is automatically vegetarian. You have to let us know you need the dish to be made vegetarian or vegan, and of your dietary restrictions. Vegan and vegetarian dishes are seasoned with our house-made vegan sauce, which contains soy sauce, mushroom sauce, and other seasonings. Vegan dishes contain no animal products of any kind, while the vegetarian version of some noodle and fried rice dishes contain eggs. Please let us know of your preference and dietary restrictions.
