Same every week throughout the year. Wednesdays and Saturdays feature brisket. Thursdays feature Saint Burgers, which are 9 oz hand-pattied burgers. Monday specials vary seasonally. The first Monday of each month features smoked bologna sandwiches, and the second Monday of each month features burnt end brisket. Alternating Monday offers include soul bowl (grits, greens, and pork), BBQ burritos, hot dogs, chili, Hawaiian Saint Burgers, and smoked meatloaf.
