Any combination of the following: asparagus, avocado, cucumber, green onions, fresh jalapeños, kaiware sprouts, kampyo (sweet gourd), macadamia nuts, mango, natto (fermented bean), seaweed salad, shiitake, sweet potato tempura, takuan (pickled radish), tamago (sweet egg), tofu, umeshiso (sour plum paste), or yamagobo (pickled burdock).

Cooked and served in an iron pot. Served with miso soup, salad, and rice.

Served with salad only.

Sashimi

Slices of fish served on a bed of shredded radish.

Dinner Combinations

Served with miso soup, salad, and rice. Entrée choices include beef teriyaki, chicken teriyaki, salmon teriyaki, chicken katsu, tonkatsu, gyoza, shrimp and vegetable tempura, croquette, chicken kara age, agedashi tofu, sake kama shio (salmon collar), saba shioyaki (mackerel), and aji fry (breaded spanish mackerel). Makimono choices include california, tekka (tuna), kappa (cucumber), and spicy tuna. Entrée combination allows choices of two different entrées from above. Sushi combination allows choice of one entrée and two makimono from above. Sashimi combination allows choice of one entrée above plus 9 piece assorted sashimi.
