Certified black angus basted in our house butter with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and broccolini. Option to add shareable sides like lobster mac and cheese, steak tip mac and cheese, smoked gouda mac and cheese, apple-bacon brussel sprouts, sautéed mushrooms, mushroom risotto, parmesan risotto, roasted carrots, asparagus in lemon butter sauce, three cheese grits, roasted fingerling potatoes, truffle parmesan fries, tallow fries, or red pepper grits. Option to enhance with rosemary red wine glaze, chimichurri sauce, bacon sea scallops, lobster tail, bourbon peppercorn sauce, or blue cheese gratin.
