Birria is our delectable roasted goat stew. It's first cooked in large steamer pots, which ensures the proper cooking of the meat. This process also provides an enriched juice that is later augmented with oregano, clove, and other spices to create a wonderful and flavorful broth. Shortly after, the meat is roasted in adobo sauce to give the meat an extra flavor. This adobo sauce consists of guajillo, California peppers, and spices. Our birria plates may have bone.
