Aguachiles

Shrimp cooked in lime juice or cooked shrimp, mixed with black house sauce or green house sauce, onion, and sliced cucumber. Every order comes with four tostadas served in a 28oz plate. Both green and black sauce are spicy.

Party Trays

Small trays are for 4-5 people. Comes with plates, forks, a bag of tostadas, and crackers.

Sushis

Sinaloa style sushis available. They all have Philadelphia cheese cream, cucumber, avocado, shrimp, carne asada, or imitation crab inside. The sushis are either deep fried or natural rolls. Every order comes with a side of carrots and is topped with spicy imitation crab mix and house chipotle sauce. Deep fried empanizados.

Ceviches

Each ceviche is cooked in lime juice and has tomato, small pieces of Serrano chile, onion, cilantro, cucumber, salt, and pepper. Each order comes with four tostadas.

Battered Tacos

Tacos capeados. Corn tortillas come with battered shrimp or fish. Topped with lettuce, tomato, chipotle sauce, sour cream, and a side of avocado.

Camarones Culichi

Cooked shrimp in creamy green house sauce with melted cheese. It's served with white rice and comes with four tortillas.

Tacos Gobernador

Handmade corn tortillas, melted cheese, and Mexican-style shrimp or marlin with avocado sauce on the side.

Cocteles

Hot or cold served with cooked shrimp, cooked octopus, cucumber, onion, and avocado.

Empanadas

Empanadas stuffed with shrimp or marlin and cheese served with our house chipotle sauce and spicy avocado sauce.
