Our slow proofed dough is made with Caputo Nuvola Super "O" flour. Each pizza is hand stretched to 14" and cooked in a high heat electric oven. A gluten-free 10x10 pan option is available. Option to add s.o.m. sausage, truffle honey, Mike's hot honey, prosciutto, vegan cashew cream, truffle zest, impossible sausage, white anchovy, or burrata.
