Aged for 48-72 hours, our Artisan New York inspired thin crust is hand tossed with a thin and crispy crust around the pizza, still soft and pliable to be folded in half while holding in its topping. Large 20" round, 8 slices serves 4-6 people. Small 14" round, 8 slices serves 2-3 people.

Our Sicilian style pizza is aged for 5 days, then panned up to rise again in our cast iron pans for 12 hours. The Sicilian pizza comes out of the oven on a thick crust. The characteristics of a Sicilian style pizza are a crispy, almost fried-like outer crust, with a delicate and airy center. Large 12"x18" pan, serves 4-6 people.

Detroit style pizza is in the pan pizza division category. It is traditionally baked in a blue-steel pan that was used in Detroit during the automotive boom.
