Vietnamese Noodle Soup (Phở)

Choose your own cuts of beef from rare steak, tripe, well-done flank, soft tendon, well-done brisket, or meatballs. Option to select a combination of steak, flank, brisket, tendon, and tripe. Option to add chicken, or a house special that includes all cuts of beef. Option to add meatballs. Vegetarian option is tofu and bok choy. All soups are served with condiments of bean sprouts, basil, peppers, and limes.
