The Tasting Menu

The menu at Nisei naturally changes along with the seasons of the Bay Area. The philosophy behind the menu is to evoke feelings of nostalgia, refinement, and wonder through the lens of Japanese American Cuisine. Chef David Yoshimura draws inspiration to his dishes from personal experience as a Japanese American, as well as his experience as a chef.
