We "fresh slice" our meat and "grind" our pepper relish. Our grinders are served on an eight-inch roll, baked fresh daily by a local artisan bakery. Nothing but first quality. Our grinder sandwiches include lettuce, tomato, onions, mustard, mayo, and pepper relish.
