Pho (pronounced "fuh") is a popular Vietnamese beef broth noodle soup. It is served with rice noodles and different cuts of beef. Our broth is slow cooked with exotic spices but it is delicate and subtle in flavor. Each bowl is garnished with onions and cilantro. Our broth is gluten-free. Our veggie pho is vegan, gluten-free, and MSG-free. Option to upgrade to brown rice noodle.
