Mellow Mushroom is one of my favorite spots when I’m craving something carby! They offer vegan cheese, and the menu is super easy to customize, so ordering vegan here is super simple. I usually go for a pizza, but I also love that there are other vegan-friendly options like pretzels, salads, and even hoagies. It’s nice to have variety and their dough is so good. The lunch special is also a really good deal and makes this a great casual lunch spot. The atmosphere is another big plus. The Rocket City touches mixed with Mellow Mushroom’s funky, colorful vibe make the restaurant feel fun and unique. It’s the kind of place that works well for hanging out with friends or grabbing a relaxed meal during the week. Overall, it’s an easy restaurant to keep coming back to!
