All bowls are specially designed by our Executive Chef, James Pyo. Substitutions are not recommended but are available at extra cost. Option to add toppings. Veggie options are shoyu sesame, black garlic oil, broccoli, bamboo shoots, kimchi, corn, and mushrooms. Protein options are chicken chashu, pork chashu, ground pork, bulgogi beef, steamed tofu, and a full ramen egg.
