Our dough is made by Chef Paul's hands daily with his own starter and organic flour. We use no commercial yeasts, extenders, or preservatives of any kind. Option to order uncut for easier reheating, or choose late bake for a browner crust, or charred crust for flame char on the bottom and edges.
