Highly recommend the vegan jajang beef pancake roll. Super tasty and filling. Also the vegan lamen soups are amazing.

Dumpling The Noodle is great if you’re looking for vegan-friendly Chinese food on the Eastside. The vegan options are clearly labeled, which makes ordering much easier. The food itself is flavorful and satisfying, and it always comes out hot. Service is efficient, but you don't feel rushed at all. The staff is always really friendly. My go-to dishes are the spicy vegan wontons and the spicy mock duck lamen. Both really flavorful, and the pulled lamen noodles are nice and chewy! Some dishes are a bit oily, which is fairly typical for this style of cooking. I'd strongly recommend giving it a visit!
