Every DB burger is made from 6 oz. of 100% local, open range-raised, antibiotic-free, and growth-hormone-free beef from the Diablo Trust ranches, char-broiled and served on a Breadworks AZ English Muffin, with seasonal greens, tomato, pickle, and our DB Frites. At 95% lean beef, we recommend your DB burger be cooked medium-rare. At that temperature, your burger will be pink and juicy -- and you will be able to enjoy its distinct, and distinctly-local, grass-fed flavor. However, since opening in 2009, we've learned that medium-rare burgers aren't for everyone. We cook all of our burgers to order, whatever temperature you would like. Please let us know what temperature you prefer.
