"Bánh hỏi" roughly translated to woven rice noodle sheet is made from fine strings of rice noodle intricately woven together. Served with choice of meat and fresh vegetables (lettuce, cucumber, mint, in-house pickled carrots) to make your own wraps. In Vietnam, bánh hỏi is served at family's special occasions. Lay out a lettuce leaf on a plate, then unroll the woven rice noodle sheet and lay it on top of the lettuce, followed by cucumber, carrot, mint leaves, and meat. Wrap everything inside the lettuce and dip the roll in our house mixed fish sauce. Enjoy the array of flavors from fresh vegetables, rice noodle, marinated meat, and fish sauce in every bite.
